/ 'croo • doe / The CROU in Croudoh comes from the first half of 'crouton', and the doh comes from the latter half of 'sourdough'. Because we're a sourdough crouton. Cute, right? Right??

Yes, of course we go great on a soup and salad. But we're not a one hit wonder like the other guys. We thrive over Greek yogurt with a swirl of olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Nestled between the fancy cheese, dried fruit, and tinned fish on a charcuterie board. And, more often than anyone admits, straight from the bag until they're gone. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Croudoh is made with fresh sourdough from New York City bakeries, baked (never fried) with real extra virgin olive oil to a dopamine-inducing crunch, and seasoned in flavors rooted in cult cravings and culinary thinking. Good enough to finish straight from the bag, and even better on whatever else you put them on. We'll call it a crouton for simplicity's sake, but our similarities to today's croutons end there.

Not yet. We are a small team, so for now every order goes out as a three-pack. It keeps the price per bag lower and makes the shipping worth the trip. And between us, once you get a taste, one bag rarely makes it to the next day.

Every flavor contains wheat, since they start life as bread. Spicy Vodka also contains milk. All three are made in a facility that also processes milk, egg, peanuts, soy and sesame. Check out each product page for more info on ingredients and nutrition.
